It’s not right to judge him for his actions. Maybe he tried and got denied for a modification like these banks are doing to so many people. No, it isn’t right to deface property to his extent but to say he should never have been a homeowner, based on his actions, is wrong. Sometimes you try and try and try to save your home but to no avail. I’ve seen if happen to so many people. I actually feel sorry for him.

If the inspector or contractor doesn’t find any termite damage, you should always have it documented. This way, if termite damage does exist, you will have the documentation to back you up.
